Tax & Stocks Pro is a financial utility application that provides stock market insights and recommendations, GST calculators, links to official GSTN portals, and educational financial information. The application is intended to assist users with financial awareness and indicative calculations. It does not replace professional financial or tax advice.

• The application is intended for individuals aged 18 years and above.
• By using the application, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

The stock market insights and recommendations provided are expressions of opinion protected under Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution of India and are intended solely for informational and educational purposes.

Users acknowledge that investments involve risk, past performance does not guarantee future results, the app does not provide personalized investment advice, and users are solely responsible for their investment decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a SEBI registered financial advisor (for Indian markets) before making investment decisions.

• GST calculators and tax tools are provided for indicative purposes only.
• Results are approximate estimates and should be verified before filing returns.
• Tax & Stocks Pro is not responsible for filing errors or tax liabilities.

• Payment Gateways: Subscription payments are processed securely through Razorpay, Google Play Store In-App Billing, or Apple App Store In-App Purchases. By initiating a payment, you agree to comply with the respective payment gateway's terms of service.
• Subscription Fees: Subscriptions are charged for access to application content and facilitation services, including calculators and daily updates.
• Refund & Cancellation Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable store guidelines and governing law. Users can manage or cancel auto renewals through their store account settings or via the application prior to the next renewal period. Users are strongly advised to utilize the nominal paid trial period before subscribing.
• Service Lapses: In rare and unforeseen circumstances (e.g. catastrophic events, prolonged network unavailability, or the demise of contributors), subscriptions may lapse. In such cases, neither the surviving contributors nor the entity operating the service shall bear liability to refund or compensate fees already paid.

Users have the right to terminate their account and request deletion of associated data at any time through the in-app account deletion setting or by submitting a web request at taxandstockspro.com/delete-account.

All content, design, and features of the application are the intellectual property of Tax & Stocks Pro. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of content is prohibited.

Tax & Stocks Pro provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tax & Stocks Pro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall fall exclusively within the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kollam, Kerala, India.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
