Subscriptions grant access to premium application features, calculators, and daily stock updates.

• Billing & Processing: Transactions are billed through Razorpay, Google Play Store, or Apple App Store depending on the user's platform.
• Auto Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto renew is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Subscriptions can be managed or canceled anytime via Google Play Account Settings, Apple ID Settings, or through the app account panel. Subscription fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable store policies and law. Users are strongly advised to utilize the trial period before subscribing.
• Unforeseen Lapses: In rare and unforeseen circumstances (e.g. catastrophic events, prolonged network unavailability, or the demise of contributors), subscriptions may lapse. In such cases, neither the surviving contributors nor the operating entity shall bear liability to refund or compensate fees already paid.

Disputes arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and fall exclusively within the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kollam, Kerala, India.

Tax & Stocks Pro is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware of such a collection, we will promptly delete the data.
